xtyv @jessiemday0 Hi! It's 14.5 inches laying flat. I wear a 32C/34B bra and it fits but not with a bra with support. Hope that helps.

xtyv @jessiemday0 Of course, no problem. Like I said, it doesn't fit me with a bra. Without a bra it squishes me to the point that it makes it hard to breathe and looks too tight, so I found a Small instead of an XS. It may fit you since 14.5 x 2= 29 in
