Chie Mihara black leather peep toe heels with a buckle at the heel. The have a scallop cut on the top and a nice sized heel for a little more stability. In great condition except for a slight mark on one heel as seen in the picture. Made in Spain. Comes with box, shoe bag, and extra heel pads.
