Chiffon Strapless Dress

This dress is MUCH more cute when it fits. Right now it is way too big for me, but I hope you get a better idea for how it lays. It was only worn once for 3 hours and then dry cleaned. The built-in slip makes it a dream to wear, and it's so light you won't be pulling up your dress all night. Smoke-free home!
