Inexpensive, but well-constructed flutter-sleeved bolero or shrug. (There are proper sleeves; it's not a capelet.) Poly/rayon (chiffon) and polyamide/elastane (lace). Internet purchase (so no store tags). **The t-shirt is not part of the deal; I just used it so that the pattern of the lace would be clearer.
