Chiffon, halter top with neck tie detail

Cute and simple halter top with blue stitching detail around the neck line. Very light weight chiffon material. Could be worn with black pants, under a blazer for a more dressy look or just with denim for fun. Purchased at a local boutique, but has never been worn.
