Chiffon layered high low bridesmaid dress

Torrid High Low Royal blue Chiffon double layer Brides made dress Size 28 Wore once for a wedding, dry cleaned, hung away in storage. My internal clothing hoarder has wanted to hang onto this sooooo bad because it's so beautiful and can totally be more than a bridesmaids dress, but I sadly don't have anywhere to really wear it. so I'd love for someone else to love it as much as I have but actually wear it.
