Chiffon like Flowy Short Floral Dress.

The dress has a Chiffon feel to it. It’s short and very low V-neck. It has a side zipper and buttons on the side of the dress kinda makes it seem like a warp around dress but it has a waistline. It’s dark navy blue with little flowers and very lightweight material. It says large but it’s more of a medium fit.
