Chiffon top with flower detail

From Charlotte Russe. Top is harness-like in beautiful chiffon flower detail and bottom is slightly glittery chiffon detail. Feminine soft pink over all. Great for holiday parties or going out year round! . Worn 3 times. Excellent condition, except the tags were cut off when bought because they were itchy. Let me know if you have any questions.
