Chigant floral V-neck tie back dress nwt

For size reference was modeled on a small mannequin. Brand new with tag, perfect condition. Pinky/mauve with white floral design, swingy skirt with a ruffled piece along the bottom, nice gathering. The upper bodice has a ruffled band with elastic underneath it, deep v-neck. Also a v-neck in the back with ties. Roomy bell shaped sleeves with a ruffle around the edges, hits below the elbow.
