Child Olive Juice Velvet Dress Size 4

This dusty rose dress has a velvet feel with a thin liner. 100% cotton. Cute button back and a Peter Pan collar. Measurements are 12 inches pit to pit and 21.5 inches from shoulder to bottom. Very small flaw near front waistline (see pic).
