Child Silver Star Glitter Tulle Tutu

Harajuku Lovers Mini brand/ Gwen Steffani Black tulle with silver glitter stars. Soft tulle, not scratchy. Worn twice. I've kept it in my closet to admire, but it's time to pass it on. So fun to twirl in, though! Girls XS. NOTE: It fits a 26" waist (and over 38" hips) with plenty of room and that is why I'm posting it to women's category as well. I wear it high-waisted and it is about an inch and a half above my knees. Fits a child perfectly though! Waist 11", 17" stretched Length 21.5"
