lynlyall Hi, I just commented on the adult shoe listing. Would these be better for my daughter who wears a child size 3.5 street shoe? Her foot is appoximately 8.75 inches.

nicoleoluchi @lynlyall if your daughter wears a 3.5 in Children’s I would recommend a 4 or larger. Ballet slippers have an adjustable drawstring so if you purchase a larger size it can still fit snug. As kids grow fast it will keep you from having to buy a larger size sooner!

lynlyall @nicoleoluchi thank you. She needs them next week and will only be wearing them for 2 weeks after that (just needs them for nutcracker). So she needs them snug and no extra room. I just read that capezio ran small and was thinking shed need at least a size larger than street shoe.

lynlyall She has Angelo Luzio shoes now in a 3. The shoes is about 8.5-8.75. When I measured her foot it’s about 8.75, almost 9.

nicoleoluchi @lynlyall I believe for 8.75-9” 5.5W would be the best fit. I have that in black I wear a size 6 and my foot is 9.25” in length so if your daughter wears a 3.5 in children I think her foot might actually be smaller

nicoleoluchi @lynlyall I don’t think you measured your daughter’s foot correctly. Her foot size should not be longer than the shoe size and she would not be wearing a size 3 if her foot was 9” in length. But for a foot 8.75” to 9” a size 5.5 would be the best

lynlyall @nicoleoluchi her foot length and shoe length are about the same size…foot might be slightly bigger since when you put the shoes on they stretch. Like I said, they need to be snug. She wears a 3.5 in street shoes, a 3 in her ballet shoes (that are canvas), and just got into a 4 (with some wiggle room) in Freed pointe shoes.
