Children's place skirt has 100% polyester shell with 90% nylon/10% spandex lace. The waist has a thick elastic creating entirely different looks when worn above or under shirt. My daughter wore hers higher on the waist an top of a shirt while my niece wore it under the shirt with leggings. Super cute and flowy.
