Children’s Place off shoulder dress NWT 7/8

This is a brand new dress from the children’s Place that still has tags attached. It is slightly off the shoulder with adjustable straps which makes it an amazing fit. The sleeves are gathered at the bottom and a three-quarter length. There is a ruffle at the bottom of the dress which is adorable. The flowers are blue, light blue, gray, dark gray, with white and black in the background. This cutie ships from my smoke free home.
