Children's Small Red Skirt

It's a red mid-length skirt with two buttons above the snap fasteners to adjust waist tightness, and a cute ribbon with hearts sewn all around The waist will either be 20" or 22" based on the button you use, and it's 20" in length as well which I believe makes this a children's small
