Children's red formal winter dress

Gorgeous red children's dress with black velvet detailing. Empire waistline with large bow in center. Bow tie back. Zipper in back, with small hole by zipper from safety pin. Black underskirt with thin tulle bottom that peeks out below top skirt. Size 12. Appears wide but fits nicely. Only worn once or twice.
