Child’s Tote’s Rain Jacket Size Medium 10-12

This vibrantly colorful jacket may have been intended to be unisex but it looks more like a girls to me because of the bottom of the sleeve designed like a ruffled end so I’m listing it as a girl’s. I love the royal blue with yellow contrasting zipper and lining. This is a quality jacket that is in like-new condition. The PTO measurement is 18.5” and it is 25” long. Notice that the waist is cinched with elastic and it is not adjustable. The sleeves are a total of 18” long. Thanks for looking and ask any questions!
