Child's size 10 Indigo/Navy blue party dress

Mid-length child's size 10 formal/party dress. Dark Navy Blue/Indigo colored, flat sparkles on chest and short sleeves, satin-feel strip across chest (empire waist), the rest of the fabric has a velour feel to it.
