At 5'2 this falls about mid calf) The beaded part is supposed to be worn around the neck to hold a dress up, but can be detached by the button shown in the last picture, and the elastic will still hold the dress up very well. 🪡There is one side where the elastic is coming off a little bit, but it doesn't affect how well the dress holds up.
