Chimala boot-cut jeans size 25—damaged zipper

These made-in-Japan luxury jeans in 100 percent cotton with distressed finish have an inoperable zipper. They were maybe worn once, I washed and dried them. They need a replacement zipper, but this small-batch denim company sells jeans for upwards of $500. These are low rise, fitted in butt and thighs, with a boot-cut leg that's meant to be stepped on (there's already holes). In rich indigo cotton denim, softened by the distressed finish.
