China Blue Prom Dress

The dress was only worn once. It is a size 8, but the skirt was hemmed to be a better length for me (5’5”) while wearing shoes (Vans). There are also modesty patches (front and back) and bra strings (hide your straps) that were added. The patches can be cut out without affecting the dress. There is a sheer piece in the cleavage of the dress that sits in front of the 1st patch.
