I bought this at Nordstrom Rack a few years agos ago and the tag did say some kind of refurb happened with it, it is missing the two small pieces of gold hardware it should have on the front. Loose structure. Slight fraying of threads but minimal. I only wore this a handful of times. Inside has a small bit of staining, see images. Serial number is photographed. Amazing bag and price!
