Gorgeous and elegant patent leather blue block/chunky heels by Chloe! Gold buckle on the side with gold metal accent on the heel. Round, open toe. 4” heel. Adjustable strap. Designer made in Italy. Leather has a “crinkle” appearance. Look to be never worn! There is some wear/scratches on the heel and bottom of shoe from storage, see photos. Size 41, so size 9.5 US sizing. Do look like they run small.
