Would you say it’s a true size 9 or does it run small?

@syntheticlover hi! I’m a size 8 so I had to run up a size 9 because I have wide feet. So the front of the shoes was a bit tight for me. I did get this during the winter months
So I wanted to wear thick socks with them.
