Chloe K Mint Green Sheer Lace Top

Chloe K top in size XS. Beautiful sheer mint green lace. Sleeves and hem have a scalloped crochet detailing. Worn many times but in great used condition. There are 2 tiny stains (1 on front and 1 on back) and some slight discoloration to the crochet detail on the front hem. The left side has a small hole in seam that can be easily patched. See last 4 photos for up close shots of these. Truly not noticeable when wearing, I inspected shirt very closely to find these issues. Measurements taken laying flat: Armpit to armpit 18”. Shoulder to hem 19”.
