Some wear on the shoulder strap and minor marks on the leather, which can easily be renewed at a shoe repair shop. angelsposhfinds @vjjensen This bag is in great condition! I cleaned it and conditioned it after each uses. There are some minor scuff marks on the leather but you won't notice them unless looking at it closely.

angelsposhfinds @vjjensen The only issue I see is the wear on the side of the shoulder straps. You can fix it by yourself with tools from Amazon, but honestly they didn't bother me much. You may move them underneath the flap and they won't be seen.

angelsposhfinds @dailybiking actually once you open the top flap, it's very easy to get stuff in or out. I used to put my phone in the middle pocket, my wallet in the front pocket, makeup bag in the back pocket, and keep my keys in the zipped wall pocket. Hope this info helps!
