Missing Padlock
Visible scratches and wear on hardware
Interior was one tan, however due to major staining it was rehabilitated and dyed a denim color thought to complement the bag and cover the staining.
Some ink stains are still visible.

@devlinwallace although this bag has not been reviewed by an authentication service, I don’t have any reason to believe it’s not authentic. It features soft palpable leather, neat stitching, heavy and consistent hardware, with a serial number (02 05 53). I will try to photograph some of these details.

For a 20 year old bag she is in great shape. She obviously didn't spend her life in a dust bag on a shelf, she was loved and carried daily. Noticeable flaws include missing padlock, metal hardware is starting to show its age, and because of constant use the interior was badly stained and had to be re-colored. For this reason she is now one of a kind, as well as a vintage bag that deserves to be loved/used for another 20 years
