@michelle829 hi, if you look at the second picture, you’ll see a little darker color on the strap (top in the picture) compared to the bottom, it’s like that on both sides, just from rubbing against clothes. And the bag wrinkles a little with time, as you see in the last picture. No other marks. I haven’t tried to clean it but think it would likely come out with a little spray (or I’d take it to my local shoe and bag person)
