Chloe sheer pleated and striped tuxedo blouse

Very versatile buttondown can be worn for businesswear, casual brunch or a night out. Sheer and made of silk and linen. Worn with a tank underneath, with wide leg of skinny pants or a pencil skirt. Given by a nyc socialite friend but no longer practical for me as I am a mom. Love this shirt but just not practical anymore! Pleats down the center and small ruffles down the button seam. Cuffs are beautiful with Chloe buttons. Small fingernail size stain that can be washed off as seen in photo.
