Chloes Closet Frozen Elsa Dress

Chloes Closet boutique dress. The fabric is glittery with the characters from Frozen. The handwritten tag (see picture) says 18 but it doesn't look like 18 months. I would say more like 12 months. The straps are adjustable. Dress measures 11” from top of dress to hem and 13” from top of strap to hem. Measurement from armpit to armpit is 10” Very good condition for wash and wear.
