Chocolate and clear diamond ring set in sterling silver, size 6.

Chocolate diamonds in the center, with clear diamonds around the perimeter are set in sterling silver. Head is 0.5” square. Light signs of wear as shown, primarily on bottom. This ring was purchased by my mother prior to her early 2017 death, before lab grown diamonds were popularized so I believe these are natural but cannot confirm.
