Lightweight material, halter neck style (adjustable straps) & a ruffle-like torso. Feminine knit detail @ waist, flowing down the side. Wear to a wedding, cruise, fancy fundraiser, or almost any formal event. I have the matching jewelry too (double string necklace with chocolate/champagne beads w/matching drop earrings) shown in last pics. Can make a bundle, or offer on the dress only. Tag says size 8, but it fits as a 6.
