Worn 3-4x, stored. 3 tiny spots on left side at hip level (see pic). Fitted at waist & hips. 1” waistband. Side zip & button close. 4 pleats front & 4 pleats back start 6.5” from waistband. 5” red border at bottom features 1” multi-color fabric center & 2 shades of blue yarn stitching above & below.
