Choies Cage Neck Shift Dress

Gorgeous dress with cage neck detail. Fabric is flowy and dress is lined. Definitely on the short side. No size on tag but it’s a Small. Due to the dress’s loose silhouette, it could probably fit Medium as well. Worn once! I wish this dress worked for me, but I have really wide shoulders and the caging would work way better on someone with smaller shoulders!
