Please don't go too far away from 42 inches. I have other skirts like this I tried to wear tight and it tends to roll the waist if its too small. I bought this skirt with the intention of making it into some type of ballroom dance wear. There's no spots stains, defects and the zippers, clasps, hardware etc. are all in perfect working order. I do not post items that are stained or messed up without clearly stating it in the description. These are my clothes that only I have worn or bought for myself and never wore.
