Choon Vintage Black Crepe Ruffled Dress Size 10

This is a really striking black dress that buttons up the back, has a cinched waist with elastic at the back for added comfort and fluidity, and ruffles through the skirt for shaping. Measures 20" at bottom of dolman sleeves, 13.5" at waist unstretched, and length is 42". In excellent pre-owned condition, with no flaws or damage noted.
