Will take best offer. I got this dress about ten years ago vintage and only wore it once. Someone had previously modified the area with the buttons (you can see hand stitching inside). The dress has one more button loop than it has buttons, and there are a couple small tears (see photo) near the buttons. There is discoloration (dirt) on the bottom. This may be removable via dry cleaning. There is random small discoloration or issues with thread throughout. Straps also show a bit of wear. This is def in quite used condition, so I will take best offer. I will say as a casual dress, it does still look gorgeous, but its important to know its rather worn. There is no size tag on it, it is meant to fit loosely and I was a size 4 when I wore it.
