ultraviolet098 @smmerchant there are some hairlines scratches when you look at it very closely. But most of the wear is on the back of the case where it's not visible. The pics were taken a few weeks ago and it hasn't been worn since it's been up for sale. So it's in the same condition as what you can see from the pics.
