@fiona_frensche hi! Just so you know, this set is not vintage, still very cute though! The top measurement is 16 inches, but the stretchy back allows for over 10 more inches of fabric according to my measurements. The waist is 16.5 inches, but could be cinched a good few inches but the belt attached!
