Are these Bianca 140mm or 120mm? Does it come with the box, dust bag and extra heel replacements? Any marks, scuffs or wear on the leather portion or only on the sole?

@mdacher 140mm comes with box and one dust bag. Yes there are some white scuffs but very small... I will take more pics when I get home
