Shoes have been worn but in excellent condition. I’ve worn them maybe 5 times. I’ve had foot surgery and cannot wear heals. Pictures and video depict all wear. Bottoms redone by Leather Spa (NYC). I wear a size us 9 and they did fit snug. 
Pull-on, no zipper, but they are stretchy. 
Come with original box and dust bag. No receipt. 
Heel is 4.33"
Total length from floor to top of boot is 20.5"
Boot-top diameter is 14.6"
