Purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue, and only worn on the carpeted shop floor to try on, and tried on once at home outdoors (hence tiny amount of wear to soles). These come with original box, dust bag, and replacement heel caps in original bag. Size EU 40.5/US 10.5, but run about a size small - for reference, I almost always wear a size 9.5 in heels.
