taminator101 @rosesandsilk I'm more concerned they are small on me. There are several listings with the same shoe but each woman has said they are 8, 8 1/2, and you're a size 9...all are EU size 39. I have a pair of Louboutin boots and I just looked and they are size 39! The boots fit me lengthwise fine but the width can be a bit snug and uncomfortable if I wear them too long. So that is my head debate right now. Would you let me buy and try them on and if they don't fit so well, can I return them?

rosesandsilk @taminator101 You’d have to address your return question with Poshmark as they’re the ones that would decide that. Though to my understanding, all sales are usually final and a incorrect size doesn’t warrant a return. However, like I said, I’m not certain about the returns nor do I decide that. So it’s best to ask them. In the meantime, if there’s anything else I can do to help you decide, please let me know.

taminator101 @rosesandsilk I have never bought shoes or clothing off of Posh so I am not sure either. The 2x that I have bought something and disputed and they accepted for me to return were because they were not authenticate and I was not happy. When I asked for a return, I just explained why and the seller also chimed in and she wasn't very nice to me with her words and Posh deleted those messages. So...I think that if we agree and are civilized people, I can say it wasn't a good fit?

taminator101 But you are right--Posh policy does say no returns for fit. I do like the shoes and I THINK they will fit, just don't want to get stuck with expensive shoes sitting on my shelf. Not sure what to do.

taminator101 @rosesandsilk I just looked in my closet at another pair of CL heels I have that I forgot about and they are size 40. Again, so not consistent with sizing which makes this process difficult to buy on Posh.

kliebbe @taminator101 I am an 8W or 8.5 reg in US sizes. I bought this exact pair in a 39. They fit well. I might be able to do a 39.5 but then the heel might flop so I'd say, this size would work for you

taminator101 @kliebbe I’ve been buying CL heels in size 39.5 lately. The right foot fits perfectly. The left sometimes slips at the heel so I have to put an insert in. Oooh the woes! I do have a pair that’s a 39 but I had to stretch them professionally.
