Except for the ball of the foot on the bottom of the shoes (pictured), there are zero scuffs, marks, or imperfections on the outside of the shoes. When wearing them, they look brand new. The inside of the shoes have some small black fuzzies around the outside of the sole (pictured) because I wore these with black tights, and the heels on the inside of the shoes (pictured) have some minor cosmetic wear because I tried sticking heel protectors on them. These were purchased directly from Bergdorf Goodman, so they are verified as authentic. Item comes from a smoke-free, pet-free, plant-free, and except for me, people-free home.
