redbottomdiva @theesilentbuyer Hi there. The rule of thumb for heels is to go up at least a half to account for the incline. Your foot is going to be positioned on a downward slope. Such positioning will cause your toes to sit at the edge of the shoe or hang over. This will make the shoe appear to be small for your feet. So I usually go up at least a half to balance it out. Hope that helps.
