porschex280280 @maidia14 hi dear. so I usually wear an 8.5 US but these are 39.5 or 9.5US. LOUBOUTINS run small by half a size to a full size. it all depends on how you fit into them. but I usually do a 9US OR 9 5US in Louboutin heels. hope that helps. Also,they are pretty high but not uncomfortable if you like wearing heels.
