Im really sorry to be the bearer of bad news but these aren't authentic. A simple google search will confirm that Louboutin has never made authenticity cards however they are very common among the fake companies trying to fool customers 😣 I just wanted to let you know because if posh flags this they can suspend your account and I'd hate for fakes to get passed on to someone else who didn't know either.
