Christian Siriano long full circle skirt

Floral long, 39 inch length, full circle floral skirt. Beautiful hibiscus print. 100% polyester. The skirt is beautiful on the outside, the seams are sloppy on the inside from the factory. The sewing does not effect the structure of the garment. This is a size large skirt with an elastic waist, this could fit an XL easily. It's a generous large. Un-stretched elastic waist measurement is 16.5 inches laid flat, stretched out is about 23/24 inches.
