princepieces @minanne due to them being the cage style louboutin they form to your foot. I typically where a 39/39.5 in Louboutin's but these fit me.

princepieces @sammygif4 if you wear a size 40 they should fit. These shoes don't run small. They form to your foot but it depends on your foot width and size.

princepieces Hi @sammygif4 I wear a 8.5 or 9 US or 38.5, 39 or 39.5. It really depends on your foot, the shape of your foot and how the shoe is made. These shoes are pretty true to size but could fit a half size up or down.

princepieces @abooth7777 hi! I added more pics. Let me know if you have any questions. The shoes are in very good condition with the original box. I purchased them from Neiman Marcus. The are classics and the price is a steal. They also have protective soles that I paid extra for. I can't go any lower on price but let me know if you need more details on the shoes.
