tp61jar @scottiewilso279 yes. The shoulders were taken in a bit as the straps kept falling down. The waist/hips were let out slightly.

itaskagrosinske Could you add a pic of where the shoulders were taken up? Was it in the middle or on the back? Was the fabric cut? How long is the dress now?

tp61jar @itaskagrosinske This seem which would be at the very top of my shoulder was taken in and I do believe it was cut a bit. The elastic strap is what holds the off the shoulder part from falling down. From the armpit to the hem is 52”.
